How do I register or create an account?



You can create an account by clicking on the ‘Login’ button at the top right of the homepage. Kindly fill the form with the information required and submit it. An email will be sent to you with your login details for your records.
Do I have to register to shop on giggsmeat.com?



You may go through the website and add products to the cart without creating an account but you would need an account to checkout and place orders.
What are the modes of payment?

Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown?



The  prices are inclusive of GST if applicable, as per the Government Regulations.
Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on giggsmeat.com?



Yes it is absolutely safe to use your card on giggsmeat.com. We have Global SSL certification to ensure that all the payments made at www.giggsmeat.com are secure and safe. Also, RBI has made it mandatory to have an authentication code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which needs to be entered by users during the online purchase.

When will my order get delivered?



Your order will be delivered the next day of placing the order. The order will be delivered anytime between 8 am to 12 noon. In case, we are unable to deliver the order during the specified time duration, which can happen due to any unforeseen circumstances, we will call and inform you in advance and take a time slot to deliver.

Do you do same day delivery?



We don’t do same day delivery. All deliveries are made before noon of the next day of order placed. The meat is slaughtered and packed the same day and sent for delivery in order to make sure that only the tenderest of meats reaches the customer’s table.

How are the meats sourced?

We are extra cautions in sourcing our animals and birds. We make sure that the meats are sourced from farms which raise their livestock in natural, regularized, hygienic and free-range conditions.

How are the meats packed?



All the orders are cut, cleaned and vacuum packed in the morning for the delivery except fish, cold cuts and ready to eat products. We ensure hygienic and careful handling of all our products. Each packaging will have storage instruction and expiry date on it.
What needs to be done if the product received damaged?



Our products go through rigorous quality check before they are ready for dispatch. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during transit, you can request for a replacement or refund within 30 minutes of the product received by reaching out to customer care via phone or email.
Do I expect a refund if any product is damaged?



If any product arrives damaged, you may contact the customer care over phone or email and we will look into the concern raised. If the product is delivered damaged, your money will be refunded within 48 hours.

In case of online payment, refund will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the customer’s account within 5 to 7 working days.

In case of cash on delivery, refund will be credited to the customer’s account as credit amount which can be used against any order in the future.

Do I have to return the free product when I request for a refund?



Yes. The free product is included as a part of the product ordered and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
How will the delivery be done?



We have a professional delivery team with proper equipment’s to deliver fresh and chilled meat products across the City to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
How much are the delivery charges?



We charge Rs.39/- for order below Rs.400/-. We don’t charge delivery on the orders above Rs.400/-.
Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?



In case of a delay, our customer support team will call you to inform and take a delivery time according to your convenience
What are delivery slots?



As we don’t do same day delivery. All deliveries are made before noon the next day. There are two delivery slots i.e. 8am to 11 am & 9am to 12 noon. The meat is slaughtered and packed the same day and sent for delivery in order to make sure that only the tenderest of meats reaches the customer’s dinner table.
Can I request a time slot for my order?



In case, you wish any particular time of delivery, you may call or email us immediately after placing order, to inform us your convenient time to process it accordingly. We will take it as an exception.
When and how can I cancel an order?



Once order is placed, you cannot cancel it.
