This thin blanched sausage is made with our high quality ground pork encased in the traditional sheep’s intestine casing. It has a deep rich smoky flavour which is given to the sausage by the process of low temperature smoking. Our sausage’s are made without preservatives which makes them extra flavourful and totally delectable.
